You Don’t Need All The Answers
Something doesn’t feel right.
It can be hard to name.
You may still love parts of your faith while feeling hurt by other parts. You might miss the community, feel angry about what happened, or worry about what questioning could cost you.
You don’t have to settle on a label before asking for support.
Guilt when you say no or put your needs first
Fear of punishment, rejection, or getting it wrong
Grief over belonging, certainty, or relationships
Shame connected to your body, identity, or sexuality
Difficulty trusting your own judgment
Pressure to hide your questions from people you love
Why I Do This Work
I believe you deserve room to ask questions and make choices that are your own.
When belonging has felt conditional, listening to yourself can feel risky. I offer a collaborative place to explore what happened, what you believe now, and what you need next.
Your beliefs and values guide our work. You can move toward faith, away from it, or take your time without deciding.
What We Can Work Toward
More choice in everyday life.
These are possible goals for our work together. We’ll choose what fits you and check in as we go.
Trust your voice
Notice your preferences, explore your values, and practice making decisions without needing everyone’s approval.
Find room to breathe
Explore support for guilt, fear, and body responses that arise around beliefs, memories, or religious settings.
Connect on your terms
Practice boundaries, navigate conversations with family, and consider what meaningful belonging looks like now.
How We Work Together
Conversation, body awareness, and room for every part of you.
Somatic therapy
We may notice tension, numbness, breathing, or an urge to pull away. With your permission, we explore what helps you feel grounded and able to choose what comes next.
Parts work
One part of you may want freedom while another fears losing connection. We approach these responses with curiosity and explore what each is trying to protect.
Attachment focused care
We explore how relationships have shaped your sense of trust and belonging, with opportunities to express needs, notice boundaries, and experience choice in therapy.
For example, saying no to a family invitation might bring both relief and guilt. We can slow down, notice those responses, and explore a choice that fits your needs.
